What we collect
We collect only what you type into one of our 2 forms:
- Join our first families: your name, your email address, who you're caring for, and an optional note.
- Partner with us: your name, your work email address, your role, your organization, and your message.
The forms never ask for health information. Please don't include any, about yourself or anyone else.
What we don't collect
- This website sets no cookies.
- It uses no advertising trackers and no analytics that follow you across other websites.
- Like every website, it's delivered by a hosting provider, which briefly processes basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to send you pages and protect the site from abuse.
How we use it, and where it goes
When you send a form, our hosting provider delivers it to our team by email. Family sign-ups go to our support inbox. Partner messages go to our founders. We use what you send only to reply to you and, for families, to invite you to SAM when there's a place for you.
We don't sell what you send us, and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your message only as long as we need it to reply to you or to run SAM's invited program for families. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

To see, correct or delete what you've sent us, or to ask a question about this notice, email support@samisthere.com.
